Extra Fun for December in the Creative Art Village

As far as December goes, it’s been a hectic one over here in my studio! And I am not complaining at all! From Small Business Saturday starting off the month, so major online orders, it’s kept me on my toes and I’m still digging out!

This month in the Creative Art Village, I’ve got so many ideas swirling around in my head for projects I couldn’t decide on just one. So I’m uploading several different projects to celebrate the season! I just love the folks in this group so creating projects for them is a joy!

What sort of special art projects are you creating this season? Where do you find your inspiration?

There are TONS of great ideas on Pinterest and Instagram that get me all overwhelmed and wanting to try every single one! I just love perusing the beautiful images and creative ideas. Inspiring and fabulous!

Christmas art projects offer a wonderful opportunity to explore creativity while celebrating the holiday season. One engaging idea is to create handmade ornaments using materials like air-dry clay or felt, allowing for personalized designs that can be treasured for years. Another intriguing project is painting seasonal scenes on canvases or wooden blocks, providing a delightful way to showcase holiday cheer in your home. Additionally, consider crafting festive garlands from paper, stringing together cut-out shapes like stars or snowflakes, which can add a whimsical touch to your decor. These projects not only enhance the festive spirit but also serve as meaningful gifts or decorations that can be cherished by family and friends.

Ornament making is a favorite thing to do for me and the family during the holidays. I hope that you enjoy making fabulous holiday projects!
