Oh Christmas Tree!

Every year I look forward to decorating my home for Christmas. It starts pretty much right after Halloween and goes through Thanksgiving, getting everything ready and organized to set up.

It all started back many moons ago when I was invited to the ultimate Christmas house over at my friends Michael and Maria’s house. Now, I’ve got quite a good amount of trees and sure, they’re cute and pretty. But they are no comparison to what Michael does to transform their house into the winter wonderland of awesomeness that it is. He’s been in magazines for his style. Yeah, I’m not kidding! He’s like Martha Stewart… just better!

Well, he motivated me. Actually, he motivated my whole family after we got bit by the Christmas bug at his house. Once we moved into this house several years back, it really started to take hold and we all became slightly obsessed with decorating for Christmas. And since he has themed trees all over the house, we went with our own themes and a bevy of handmade ornaments as well. All in all, we’ve got about 26 trees up, some small, some medium and some large. But the gallery below features our most favorites!
